A beautiful sunny day today, we went to Powerstock nature reserve for a walk and saw a few of these butterflies at the reserve.

Lovely to see one of these Lyn.
I must get to Powerstock one day when I am in Dorset.

Beautiful butterfly and beautiful image, Linda. It's too many years since I last saw one of these.

I had a comma up here in the north this week on the budlia. I think they are not usually so far north? but I doubt that we would ever have a silver washed fritillary. lovely to see one.
